Moving into a care home can be daunting

Rest assured, our care team are here to make sure that making the move is as easy as possible for you and your loved one. If you still need reassurance, here are some stories from our residents, their families and our care team.

Last week was the start of our "Around the World", month. This weeks theme was North American countries.

Children from Ilkley Grammar sent our residents at Troutbeck Care Home hand made cards, we were delighted to read them and it gave us all such a lovely boost to be in contact with the outside world.

Troutbeck Care Home celebrated Canada day on the 1st July this year with (Beaver Tale) pancakes and maple syrup. Residents too part in a quiz on Canada and spoke about what they knew about the climate and some interesting facts.
