There is a broad range of Leadership roles at MMCG. Leadership roles can be either in one of our care homes, or in our Head Office based in Leeds. People who work in the Leadership team at MMCG must have a genuine interest in working in a care environment, have an understanding of and empathy with older people and be able to take a lead where needed and also be a team player.
Certifications will be relevant to the role, e.g. some roles will require a clean driving license. Please refer to the individual job listing for specific job requirements.
