Bentley Grange Facilities

The stunning interior of Bentley Grange has been carefully tailored to the needs of the people living with us and offers spacious and unique modern facilities; some you may not expect from a care home.

The exciting new facilities include a cinema room, wellness suite, relatives’ room and a rooftop bar and terrace...

Keep an eye out for our Open Day to view the home in person.

New Years Party

Amber Court had a wonderful New Years Eve party for the people living with us, staff, and family and friends.

The evening was filled with joyous singing on karaoke, lots of dancing along, and our favourite drinks as we raised a glass to 2024.

New Years Eve Celebrations

Manorhey welcomed in the new year with a brilliant new years eve party, with live entertainment, a delicious buffet, and a glass of fizz or two.

Family and friends joined in on the celebrations as we entered 2024. Here's to a happy and prosperous year!

Christmas visit to the garden centre

The people living at Manorhey Care Home enjoyed a lovely day trip out to Bents garden centre where they soaked in all festive feelings as they walked around the beautifully decorated trees and festive ornaments.

They then devoured a scrumptious lunch and hot brew before buying some gifts and heading back to the home.

Reindeer Visit

Corinthian House enjoyed a visit from Santa's reindeers. Sven and Olaf came to spread some Christmas cheer with the people that live with us. Sven made some visits to the rooms of residents so the magic could be enjoyed by all. It was nice to share this magical moment with the people living with us, staff, family and friends.

Merry Christmas.

Chartwell Manor's charity work with Emmett's Genies

Chartwell Manor made the Berryfields News this week with their fabulous work they have been doing for Emmett’s Genies Charity. They helped create Christmas for their year-in-a-day event for critically ill children. Every child received a giant stocking filled with gifts and had the chance to meet Santa and Mrs Claus.

The home has been fundraising throughout the year and so far have raised £700 to support the charity’s amazing work, bringing smiles to the faces of poorly children.

Anti-bullying odd sock day

The people living with us at Bowerfield Court celebrated Anti-Bullying day which is a special event organised by the Anti-Bullying alliance group to raise awareness about the negative impacts of bullying, encourage people to stand up against discrimination and promote the importance of individuality. The people that live with us as well as members of staff wore "odd socks" on the day and managed to raise funds destinated to the Anti-bullying alliance. We would like to thank Amy, the resident's representative for arranging it.

Memory Cinema

Kings Court had a trip to the Swindon Arts Centre to visit their memory cinema. Those that went had a lovely experience! They had tea & coffee on arrival and then went into the cinema to watch ' Who Framed Rodger Rabbit'. This is something they offer once a month at the Arts Centre, next month is ' The Railway Children'.

Children In Need

Everyone came together at Allingham House to enjoy a great fundraising coffee morning to raise money for Children in Need. It was the perfect opportunity to enjoy singing and dancing, whilst we had tea, coffee, and nibbles.
