Elf Day at Willowdene
We were all so excited for Elf Day at Willowdene Care Home and we had so much fun as the staff and residents dressed up in the spirit of Christmas.
We started off the day with a Christmas Elf Quiz before the Foundation of Light came in for their weekly ball games activity with the residents. We then had choir practice and afternoon treats from the kitchen to end the day. We all had fun and the residents are looking forward to next year already.

It was a very cold and wet day but a spectacular atmosphere in a breath-taking setting with poppies still covering parts of the cathedral, we were met by Loretta a volunteer that helps out in the home with church services and cathedral chatter.
