
Mother's Day at Willow Bank
The residents at Willow Bank enjoyed a cream tea for Mother's day. They made banners to decorate the dining room and made it look special. Residents baked some buns and decorated them and enjoyed scones with jam and clotted cream, the ladies all thought they were delicious.

Made with kindness
We had a surprise telephone call today from the lovely people at Tingley, Ardsley & Thorpe Viral Kindness Group. The team make beautiful laundry bags and have kindly donated a bag for each member of staff to put their uniforms in.

Chocolate of Dreams for Heeley Bank
A wonderful chocolate hamper received today with a lovely thank you message to all our staff at Heeley Bank Care Home.

30th Wedding Anniversary Hamper
Massive congratulations to Pam who has worked at Howgate House for 13 years and her husband Ian on their 30th wedding anniversary. We hope our hamper goes a little way to making up for the cruise they should have been going on.

Hanson School have manufactured and distributed over 4000 visors to NHS, Hospitals, Care Homes, Surgeries, Ambulance Services, Pharmacies and WYP to support and protect the community. Massive thank you to all the team at Hanson School.

Easter Delivery
A huge thank you to our local Tesco, Slough Community Volunteer Service and One Slough Community Response Team for the donations and delivery of Easter eggs for everyone in the home. We were overwhelmed by your generosity and all of our residents and staff really appreciated this gesture.

Afternoon Tea Treat
Staff at Windmill Care Centre enjoyed a welcome break of delicious homemade cake along with a calming cup of tea thanks to the generosity of one of our local neighbours. This lovely treat was dropped off on Friday to thank everyone for all their hard work and care at this busy time.
The cake was lovely and greatly enjoyed by the staff on duty. Support from our local community has been fantastic during these uncertain times and we want to thank you all from everyone at Windmill.
