Princess Lodge Senior Games Champions

Residents from Princess Lodge are celebrated athletes.

The second annual Senior Games, which took place over 12 weeks from early September to late December last year, saw residents engage in activities such as javelin throwing, golf, tin can knocking, and dancing. The initiative, managed by Swindon Borough Council's Public Health Team, was run in partnership with Great Western Hospital's NHS Foundation Trust and Wiltshire and Swindon Sport (WASP), who funded the programme.

Kids will have a blast with all the entertainment and the super fun Easter Egg Hunt—because who doesn’t love hunting for chocolate eggs?

This week, we had the incredible honor of celebrating a truly remarkable milestone—two of the lovely ladies living with us turned 102 years old!  To mark such an extraordinary occasion, we hosted a heartfelt birthday party. The home was buzzing as friends, family, and our community came together to honor these inspiring centenarians.
