Yohden Welcomes New Deputy Manager

Yohden Care Complex is delighted to announce the promotion of Hayley Holland to Deputy Manager.

Hayley started her Yohden career in 2001 as a laundry assistant and one weekend was given the opportunity to work a care shift at the home and realised her passion was in care.

In 2011, Hayley left Yohden to pursue her dream as a nurse at Teesside University and qualified in 2015 as a registered Nurse Adult (RNA) but always knew she wanted to come back "home" to Yohden once a job was available.

From 2011 to 2018 Hayley worked in a hospice and loved delivering the palliative care, feeling she was making a difference to residents aswell as their relatives and wanted to bring this back to a care home setting.  When a nursing vacancy appeared online in 2018 Hayley's dream of returning back to Yohden came true.  Hayley was promoted to clinical lead in 2019 and has been promoted again to Deputy Manager at Yohden Care Complex.
