Welcome to the team Laura and Daniel

Last month we were delighted to welcome two new starters to the group’s senior management team – Laura Finlay and Daniel Turner-Naylor.

Laura joined us as Group Head of Talent Acquisition at the start of July. She brings to MMCG her 15 years of experience in both in-house and agency-led talent acquisition roles and is extremely passionate about improving both the colleague and candidate experience.

Daniel has been promoted to a brand-new role as Operations Director New Builds. Since joining the group in January 2021 as Regional Director for Yorkshire, Daniel has demonstrated a modern, forwardthinking approach and will ensure all new homes are the best they can be.
