Valentine's Day at The Belvedere

We celebrated Valentines day at the home and our residents had a lovely time. First we designed our table mats which we printed off and laminated ready to set the tables, we then made valentines day cards for all of our residents which Doreen and I delivered in the morning. When it was near lunch time we set our tables with our Valentines day Theme and served a lovely glass of Non Alcoholic wine or beer with their lunch.

For the afternoon we decided to have heart shaped pancakes as opposed to cupcakes as the majority of our residents preferred this idea. Doreen, Louvain and I made the pancake mixture and pancakes were made for all with their choice of toppings.

All in all we had a lovely day and look forward to our next Valentines.
