Thank You From Relative

Dear Sandra and your amazing team, 

We can never thank you enough for all you did for our mum. When she arrived with you back in March, we were told that mum only had a matter of weeks. We feel that the excellent care you gave mum gave us almost eight months more to share with her. Whenever we asked her how she was, she always answered "I'm okay thanks" and when we asked if she was happy she always answered "yes". 

You have all been amazing, very caring and dedicated. You have been brilliant with us too, so once again a massive thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
