Thank You To Allingham

"Hi James,

I just wanted to say a massive thank you from myself and V for the support, comfort and love shown to my Mum. We have been on some rollercoasters with Allingham but I have to say that currently I have the highest regard for all your staff and facilities.

I was blown away by the amount of staff that visited Mum this week, with genuine affection and care for her. I know my Mum could be a handful and apologise to anyone that received a back hand from her, she did have a cheeky and naughty streak through her but was the kindest lady anyone could meet.

There are some staff that asked me if they could attend Mums funeral, can I let you know when that will be as they may ask you if they can attend.

Thank you for the lovely flowers, it was very kind of you.

I think V would still like to visit some residents and I dearly hope that would be OK.

You have a lovely team, and are a credit to your organisation, if you could please pass on my thanks and affection to everyone who showed my Mum care and love.
