Earlier in the year several of the people living with us here at Kingsbury Court planted some sunflower seeds indoors.
As the months went by, we watched them germinate and grow and now after 3 months they were ready to be plated out in the garden today, which we planted today. Although they only grow up to a height of 60cm, many of our residents have loved watching them grow and they wanted to share the photos with everyone to show off their green fingered success.
