Last week we celebrated St David's Day. Recognised annually since the 12th century. Our residents sketched a portrait of daffodils, whilst listening the welsh singing legend Tom Jones. We learnt how to say happy St David's day in welsh,"Dydd Gwyl Dewi Hapus " pronounced deethe goo-eel Dew-ee Happis. This proved to be quite a tongue twister and provided us with a good giggle. We listened to the story of St David and the miraculous things he is known for.
