Social Distancing Visit at Clarendon Court

Lovely comments received from family member who did a social distancing visit. 

"My visit was very professionally organised by Hollie the receptionist at Clarendon Court. I made an appointment by phone and was greeted at the door on arrival. Although the procedures are really serious they were carried out in a very pleasant and friendly manner. I had my temperature taken and was helped into full PPE, face mask, gloves and plastic apron to cover my clothes. Hollie escorted me to the private specially designated bathroom to wash my hands  for 20 seconds after which I put on the gloves.

She accompanied me to Bluebell suite, where the lovely carers greeted me like a long lost friend. It was so lovely to be back. I was not allowed in the lounge but B was bought to her room and I joined her for a lovely chat. She seemed happy and well, it was lovely to see her. Everyone was spotlessly clean. At the end of the visit I was escorted out and my PPE was disposed off in the designated bin. Thank you to all the staff from reception, carers, cleaner, kitchen, laundry and maintenance and entertainment for keeping B safe."
