What an amazing event!!

As summer is quickly approaching, we are also adapting our seasonal menu. However, as always at Buckingham House we did it in style. One of the topics highlighted during our resident’s council meeting was that they would like more variety on their summer menu. We ensure that we are #responsive to the needs and likes of our residents!

Today we organised a tasting menu event not only for our residents but including their loved ones (all government guidelines and covid risk mitigations in place). They then decide what to include on the summer menu! This is how we do it Buckingham House Care Home Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd style!

My catering team lead by Allison (Hotel Services Manager) and Nik (Head Chef) exceeded my expectations and they delivered so well! So proud of you guys for pulling off a very successful and meaningful event for our residents.
