Remembrance Sunday

The period of Remembrance is a time that holds a high amount of significance for many of those who live here at Abingdon Court. For this reason, we make certain to honour and respect this time. In the build up to Remembrance Sunday, we prepared by making our own poppies whilst talking about what Remembrance Sunday means to us.

On Remembrance Sunday itself, we were joined by a local musician, Sophie Taylor, who played The Last Post at 11am on the Sunday, followed by a two minutes silence.
