Regional Hero Recognition Award

This month, the Regional Hero recognition is awarded to the exceptional team at White Rose Lodge. Adam Janeway (Home Manager), Tina Craggs (Deputy Manager) and Hannah Morris (Business Administrator) were presented with a keyring and a card for the superb way in which they led the team through a very challenging covid-19 outbreak. The rest of the team received some chocolates and sweets and a card to thank them for all their hard work and commitment.

At the end of the outbreak, the home was visited by our internal audit team and it was identified that standards at the home remained extremely high despite the recent challenges.

On each visit our Regional Director undertakes, residents always tell her how happy they are and how well the staff team support them to live a fulfilled life. It is always a pleasure to visit White Rose Lodge and the whole team thoroughly deserve this Regional Hero recognition. Thank you to all of you for your dedication. You are all simply superb!
