The Queen's Canopy - The Platinum Jubilee 2022

Bowerfield House have planted a beautiful tree called Malus for the Queen`s Platinum Jubilee. Malus is standing proudly in the front garden, when it grows we will have beautiful pink flowers plus yummy apples that the chef can pick and make a apple sauce.

Jenny Hughes and Meressa Barr cut the red ribbon, the tree is planted to focus on planting sustainably, the QGC will encourage planting tree to create a legacy in honour of the Queen's leadership of the nation

Our Residents can clearly see the tree from the downstairs lounge window and enjoy watching it grow in years to come and it a great talking point .
