Platinum Jubilee Tree of Celebration

The manager of Hope Green spent time alongside residents over the Jubilee holidays and helped to create a beautiful Tree of Celebration. Throughout the year we visit this special tree at the entrance to our lovely home and decorate it to reflect special moments together, so it was important to us to meet for the Platinum Jubilee. Ribbons of red white and blue, and pine cones painted by our craft club adorned the branches with pictures and other recycled decorations. Visitors to the home were also encouraged to take part and choose a decoration too providing moments of reflection and celebration for a life of service to our country by Queen Elizabeth.
