At Ashfield Court we celebrated Shove Tuesday and St David's Day! This morning we had some lovely cake and had a 'talk about the history of shove Tuesday!' Then at lunch time the lovely Celia tossed a pancake up in the air 20 times! We then served the residents lovely warm pancakes with all different toppings! Happy pancake day
