Mother’s Day

Every lady was celebrated in River View today – both Mothers and Mother figures.

The home and lunch tables were decorated and each lady living with us had a red heart attached to their door wishing them a Happy Mother’s Day. Daffodils were delivered and displayed all throughout the home. At lunchtime the traditional Sunday roast was served, followed by a luxury afternoon tea with a selection of cakes and treats. Lots of cards and flowers were welcomed throughout the home all day.

Our staff were also invited to a special Mothers Day lunch buffet, as a thank you for giving up their special day with their own families to spend with our Mothers at River View.
