Message of thanks

We have received many messages of thanks over the last few months and below is an example of the lovely messages sent.

"I would like to let you know how wonderful your team at Troutbeck in Ilkley are. My stepdad,  was cared for with patience, compassion and dignity throughout his illness. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure he and mum could be together, all his needs were met and that during his final days he was pain free, comfortable and peaceful. We cannot thank all the carers, nurses and management enough. As a family we would like to acknowledge all they do, particularly during these difficult and unprecedented times. Our thanks and best wishes go to each and every one of them. They should be very proud of the care they give."
