
Menu Tasting
The feedback from the people living with us and their friends and family members is important, and we wanted to give them opportunity to create their own autumn/winter menu. There was a selection of ideas from our head chef, Daniel to get residents and family members inspired to talk about what they do and don’t like. He created a mixture of flavours and ideas to share with the group who attended who all really enjoyed the food on offer. The hospitality team are now reviewing all the feedback and creating the new menu which is going to reflect what the residents and their families really want to eat.
