Meet our chef Alan Watt

His creations consist of a Bombay Crispy coating with a difference using his own secret recipe in a hollowed out baguette. Alan also composed triple baked chips in a club sandwich accompanied by Mumbai relish, Dijon mustard mayo, gherkins scraps, pickled egg and pickled onion.
