Highfield Care Home and TTF Well-Being Team Up to Prioritize Residents’ Well-Being
Since the start of the year, we have been conducting well-being sessions with TTF Well-Being for our residents. Sessions include a variety of activities from chair yoga, fitness, meditation and breathwork which have all been a remarkable success.
“At Highfield Care Home, our residents’ well-being is at the forefront of our minds,” said Aaron Barham, the care home’s manager. “Our partnership with TTF Well-Being allows us to provide our residents with unique and beneficial well-being sessions that have been extremely well-received.”
TTF Well-Being’s founder, Natasha said, “For me, the well-being sessions at Highfield Care home are so rewarding to run and partake in. In today’s society, no matter what age or disabilities you have, we are all capable of connecting our senses, mind, and body to physical and mental well-being. The residents have been actively engaging, thriving, and moving their limbs in these sessions. We have built a loving and safe community.”
Chair yoga, meditation, and breathwork are just a few examples of the well-being sessions that TTF Well-Being has been conducting at Highfield Care Home. These sessions are designed to improve residents’ mental, physical, and emotional health and promote relaxation, focus, and overall well-being.
“Highfield Care home is committed to providing our residents with the highest quality of care and support and continue to prioritize our residents’ well-being”, said Aaron Barham
