Higher or Lower?

Walking down the corridor in the afternoon, it's no surprise to stumble across the "ITV Quizzing Hour", with the echoing of the voices of the likes of Bradley Walsh and Ben Shepard coming from people's rooms as they prove popular with lots of people who live here at Abingdon Court. Knowing this, we thought we would travel back to the 80s and relive a classic TV game show; Play Your Cards Right.

For many, it was the chance to see Stanley donning his sparkly red waistcoat and bow tie, putting on his best Bruce Forsyth impression to get people in to the spirt of the games, with many screaming "higher!" or "lower" as they anticipated the turning of the next card. It definitely was a good game, good game, as Brucey would say! The winners were able to celebrate with their confectionery prizes, whilst the rest of us enjoyed tea and snacks as a commiseration. No matter who won, everyone just enjoyed the glitz and the glamour of it all!
