Covid update

The gradual ‘opening up’ of society after lockdown has seen the long-awaited return of indoor visits, more visitors, trips out and greater contact between family members and friends across our care homes, as we all learn to live alongside Covid.

All of this is due in large part to the success of the roll-out of Covid vaccines, with cases and hospitalisations falling across the country as vaccine coverage rises. In our homes too, the vaccination roll-out has also been very successful with upwards of 92% vaccinated with their first dose - and rising! We will keep you posted when we know more about booster jabs this autumn too.
