Merry Christmas from Astor Court and Lodge

It's been a bit hectic at the home and despite the current restrictions we have still managed to inject a bit of Christmas fun

Each resident has made a personalised card for a family member, with a festive photo attached, this was a lovely activity and enjoyed by all, as we got to hear lovely family stories and hear about their traditions.  

We have made tree decorations, festive art work and had lots of fun aswell as having a local church sing carols in the car park and they were so kind to conduct a Christmas service over zoom.

Sparkle the elf paid a visit to windows and waved and spread some cheer and all three units had a Christmas party with lots of singing and silly games.

A huge thank you has to go to local schools, groups and childminders who have send cards and pictures from Children, one of the local nurseries sent a card for each resident, how fabulous.
