Celebrating the Care Awards at Windmill Care Centre

Staff and residents at Windmill Care Centre, Slough enjoyed a fantastic afternoon acknowledging all of the hard work and dedication shown by the whole team these past 12 months, as part of their celebrations for the annual MMCG Care Awards. Now in their 7th year, the awards have been created to acknowledge and pay tribute to individual colleagues and teams nationwide across all of the MMCG and Countrywide care group, who have demonstrated excellence within their field.

Windmill staff members were presented with certificates and tokens of appreciation by Home Manager, Wendy Blackmun who thanked them once again for all of their kindness, dedication and support in ensuring that all residents stayed safe, whilst remaining connected to their families and friends outside of the home during the most difficult of times.

Awards were also presented in a number of special categories including The Master of Laughter, Hidden Songbird Award and the Egg-cellence Award.
