Arts and Crafts at Abingdon Court

At Abingdon Court, providing Arts in Care Homes is an integral part of our ethos when delivering our care. We are always ✨pursuing greatness✨ - you do not have to be artistic to benefit from the arts.

 

Today is the birthday of prolific and groundbreaking painter; Vincent Van Gogh. One might say it’s ambitious to try and recreate the famous Starry Night painting, but ambition is one of our core values here at Abingdon Court.

 

By providing an easy to follow, step-by-step painting session, we were able to individually recreate the painting with our own unique stamp - this makes participating in the arts inclusive, even to those who believe not to be skilled in that manner.
