Abingdon Court's Coronation decorations

The King's coronation is a momentous occasion that calls for the utmost attention to detail when it comes to decoration and preparation. This event marks the beginning of a new era in the kingdom, and it is important to create an atmosphere that is both regal and celebratory 🎉👑

Rich shades of gold, burgundy, and royal blue are all popular choices for royal events, and can be used in everything from the drapes and tablecloths to the floral arrangements and centrepieces - we are even creating nail art inspired by the occasion!

Speaking of floral arrangements, these are an essential part of any coronation celebration. We were joined by Abingdon Flower Club, who helped us create elegant bouquets of roses, bluebells, forget-me-nots, and carnations (all from the garden) which placed throughout our home to create a sense of grandeur and beauty.
