My mother has been a resident at Brunel House for four months now and in that relatively short space of time she has returned to her real self...missing for two years!
She is once again the positive, bright, articulate person she used to be and that is all thanks to the exemplary care she receives at Brunel House.

"My experience of Brunel House Care House has been very positive. The assessment process was smooth and efficient especially as the home was busy preparing for Christmas at the same time. The staff listened to my concerns and not only supported my mother during her move into Brunel House but also supported me. I was very worried how my mother would settle and raised concerns about my mother's anxieties but the staff have been brilliant and addressed all her needs in a very professional manner. The communication with me has been excellent, not only do they spend time talking to me they also call to let me know how my mother is. I cannot fault any aspect of Brunel House."
