Here when care really matters

Your new home

Making the decision to put a loved one in a care home is always difficult, particularly in the current climate.  Care homes are playing a key role in protecting some of the most vulnerable in our society and there are many reasons why you should feel confident to have your loved one looked after in a care home.

How we are keeping our homes safe

  • We are following the government guidelines to ensure the safety of the people living in the home and our staff. Therefore, we are allowing restricted visiting by appointment only for our existing family and friends, this includes new enquirers who wish to meet the Home Manager.
  • Our residents continue to access and enjoy a wide variety of activities.
  • As you would expect, we are adhering strictly to all relevant care guidance which includes managing all new admissions in a way that protects all our residents.
  • Our homes are provided with all the necessary PPE and we continue to access stocks from supply channels within the UK and by importing equipment directly ourselves.
  • Our frontline care teams are supported by an experienced clinical team to make sure that they are properly trained in how and when to use PPE and also have the confidence they need in our processes and procedures that ensure the safe delivery of care.
  • We are taking full advantage of the increased levels of testing now available to our staff and this is in addition to our existing monitoring, which includes temperature checks on all staff before each shift.
  • We are taking full advantage of the increased levels of testing now available to our staff and this is in addition to our existing monitoring, which includes using new technology thermal imaging cameras or manual temperature check on all staff before each shift.

Our virtual tours are now available to take a look around our care homes

We are now offering the opportunity to take a virtual tour of one of our homes, using video communication. Guided by one of our friendly and experienced members of staff you’ll be able to take a look around everything our homes have to offer – and ask any questions along the way, from the comfort of your own home.
